When you are dealing with cystic and heavy acne, a medium-depth combination peel can be your solution. The combination of Salicylic, Lactic and Resorcinol create a powerful reaction in the skin to help clear out pores and create a medium skin sloughing. Our Jessner’s Peel is a modified type Jessner that consists of a blend of 3 acids: 28% Lactic 28% Salicylic and 14% Resorcinol. Each plays a different role in resurfacing the skin. These 3 ingredients work synergistically to diminish wrinkles, lighten hyper-pigmentation, control acne and slow down the production of excess oil. Average Downtime is 7-10 days For Fitzpatricks III-VI we recommend a series of lighter peels and homecare that consists of Vitamin A ( Anti-Wrinkle Retinox) along with a melanin inhibitor for a minimum of 4-6 weeks, preferably up to 6 weeks before your first peel.
